I am just regulating a watch for mum so hopefully it will hold corect time, the watch has been recovered after being over wound and left in a jewellry box for a few years but it finally has its heart beat back

finally parcel woman came then my sister called in for a quick natter,then to shop with daughter and grandchildren ,i'm craving chocolate but can't have any due to diabetes.

im diabetic and i have choc - everytihng in moderation, 1 or 2 squares wont hurt! never have diabetic choc tho!

i'm de stressing after a stupid old woman told me it was wrong to take my son for walking so far :0, so after i gave her a mouthful, came home to de stress

good job i wasn't there, she would of ended in tears when i had my say,why do people think children should be in side stuck in front of telly or computer, its good for them to walk and my grandson loves to be out and walking he always tells his mom when he is tired,so she knows when to take him home ,after his been home 5-10mins later his on the go again wanting to go out ,he as more energy then me and his mom together.

Been to mums today and took nathan on the backies with his new bike so he could burn off some energy other than that not a lot just chillin after yesterday.
